BUILD || Strong and muscular, Koda shows that one day he will make a powerful lion, but for now he is still growing into his body. The start of what willl one day be thick bulk is beginning to show, and already he is strong enough to bring down young antelope on a hunt. Massive paws and stocky legs carry a figure that isn't as thick as his father's or grandfather's, but a large chest and narrow hips come in pretty handy in hunts. One day he'll be too heavy to go on the hunts himself and will take on a physical appearance that is more like his father's, but for now that day is one that hasn't come yet.[/sub]
PELT || Creamy tan in color, his pelt comes from a mixture of his mother's and paternal grandmother's coats, which have created this unique shade. Against the grasslands, he is not very visible to prey, but it is currently unsure if this coat will remain this shade. Being as he is a male lion, he is already growing his mane, which is no doubt going to be a rich shade of brown, the same shade as his tail tuft. It's exact size once he reaches maturity is unknown, but chances are it'll be lush... if not on the small side.
FEATURES || One thing that stands out with this young male is his eyes, which unlike his father or mother, resemble more of his great-uncle, Scar, being as they are green. But unlike his great-uncle, these eyes don't show any of the contempt or hatred that Scar had, but rather they have a look that shows he's thinking very deeply about matters and such. Around his eyes, the rings are a dark brown color similar to his mane and tail tuft. And the last feature is his unusual pink nose, which will grow to a pale shade of red with age.
WHAT ARE YOU LIKE?
WISE && DEDICATED || Being raised as a Prince of the Pridelands, Koda takes his position very seriously and doesn't play around with it. The fact that he has an equal chance of becoming the next king after his father weights heavily on his shoulders, so he tries to show his father that he'll be a decent choice if he is chosen, taking all his lessons to heart and thinking things through before jumping into them. For this reason he is considered very wise for his age, and is known to make the right decisions even in pressure, something that can be critical in a life or death position. His dedication to his position is known amongst the Pride, yet he doesn't abuse his power; rather, he is trying to find a way to deal with it.[/sub]
OVERLY SERIOUS && A RULE TWISTER || Wisdom and such however do have a downside though, as to Koda being wise means being serious, and if there's one thing Koda is, it's serious. Koda doesn't take nonsense and hardly participates in play, preferring to sit by himself and think over things that are happening in the Pridelands, like the Outsider threat. However, he does have a looser side to himself, in that he isn't afraid to break some rules if it comes down to the wire, as there are some rules that don't always apply to a specific situation. However, there are some rules that he'll not break or allow to be broken, such as Outsiders are not allowed in the Pridelands, and must either be chased out... or killed on sight.
