Physique[/sub]
Makima is a medium built, very light brown coloured lioness. Her frame is that of a newly matured female; still room for muscle development and perhaps some cub fat still to lose. A long tail and slender limbs are typical traits of a natural hunter, with curved larger ears and a darker, sensitive nose which aid such activities. Elastic, free, balanced and vigorous, with good reach in forequarters and driving power in hindquarters. Despite this, the young lioness would be unlikely to make a decent opponent in a battle against another leonine. In general - regal, groomed and collected.
General Appearance
Makima's fur is lightly tanned, almost like her grandmother Sarafina. Her pelt is whiter around her eyes, mouth, throat, chest and underbelly; darker, mouse brown tuft on the end of her tail and a similar colour inside her ears. Although a paler lioness, in her adolescence she had begun to show more colour and her markings became more defined. Her fur is short and regularly groomed, rarely seen otherwise. Makima's eyes are the most distinctive feature; light blue eyes that stand out exceptionally against her colouring.
WHAT ARE YOU LIKE?
Timid in nature, Makima would rarely start a conversation except with immediate relatives. Able to comfortably greet members of her pride, her shyness often prevents her from asking too much once involved in a conversation. Aware of the fact that this could be perceived as rudeness, or lack of interest in socialising, Makima compensates with a very animated face. She often smiles and pulls a varied amount of expressions as opposed to speaking. The young lioness is exceptionally polite, genuinely caring and perhaps even naive. Makima firmly believes there is good in all and is naturally very trusting - she will rarely say a rude word against another creature. Despite seeming to be willing and eager to please, Makima can still be cubbish in nature and makes a difficult subordinate.[/sub]

Just wanted to apologise if the family tree is a bit empty and the role play sample is my latest post on another site - it has taken me two hours to do this due to severe writer's block x( And I saw in the rules that this will be one character per account? I didn't want to assume that I would get Makima so didn't create the account named such xD

"Shall I give you one as well? Rest assured it will not be one so easy to adjust to!"
Sanura's facial expression remained unchanged at the threat. The lioness was used to such verbal communication within the pride; directed at her or not. Even in her birth pride. Constant exposure to aggressive behavior moulded the once playful cub into a sarcastic, almost uncaring lioness. She assumed that this was the only kind of relationship to be had with pride mates. Despite her experiences, Sanura remained slightly soft towards her younger sister. Strict, but soft. Even if Tandra rarely saw that side of her.
As soon as Baya's body language became opposing, Sanura snarled. The hairs on her neck and shoulders stood, ears flattened and her teeth bared. The lioness had no intention of getting involved in a physical fight - she was far too important for that! She definitely could not imagine Baya feeding the pride on her behalf. That and Sanura knew she wouldn't stand much of a chance against the angry, one eyed leonine.
Unless something precious to her was to get involved. The scent of her sister caught her nose. Sanura's narrowed eyes quickly sought the adolescent prior to glaring back at Baya. Although unlikely to successfully defend herself in a fight, she was always able to muster more strength and fury when Tandra was in danger. Not only because they were immediate family, but because the lioness believed Tandra to be too innocent to know how to really fight. Whenever Sanura gazed into her sister's eyes, she still saw the naive and confused cub she abducted during the night.
Sanura remained highly alert, tuft flickering in annoyance and claws raking at the dusty ground. Her growling ceased and her head lowered, ready to back down. The mahogany lioness was aware that Tandra could be in danger if a fight did break out between the two offended adults. Fortunately, Shetani decided to interfere. Sanura turned her right ear to face her Queen, refusing to redirect her glare. The lioness certainly did not trust Baya enough to completely remove her attention - Outlanders were hardly known for fighting fair. She assumed Baya was the type to attack once one's back was turned, whether the Queen was present or not. "If she isn't careful, bellies will remain empty."
